  • Delivery Time: Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within India typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the location.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
    • COD (Cash on Delivery) is available in select pin codes and may incur an additional fee of ₹50.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor the delivery.
  • Insurance: All domestic shipments are insured until delivery for full invoice value.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • International shipping rates vary by location and order value. Charges will be calculated at checkout.
  • Duties and Taxes:
    • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges levied by their country.
    • We comply with all international shipping and customs documentation requirements.
  • Countries We Ship To: We currently ship to the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia, and selected EU and SEA countries. Please contact us if your country is not listed.
  • Insurance: All international orders are fully insured until delivery.

  • Order Verification: In case of high-value or customized jewellery, we may contact you for identity or payment verification to ensure safe delivery.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information: SilverOdishi is not liable for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
  • Non-Deliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping will be charged additionally.

  • Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged in transit.
