🔄 Exchange & Return Policy – SilverOdishi

Thank you for shopping with SilverOdishi. Every piece of our jewellery is handcrafted with precision and care. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and bills intact.
  • Customised or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged in transit.

🔁 Exchange Policy (India Only)

  • You can request a one-time exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchange is valid for size issues or design preferences (subject to stock availability).
  • Reverse pickup is available in most locations; in other areas, customers may be asked to ship the product back at their cost.
  • A ₹100–₹300 exchange logistics fee may apply, depending on location and item weight.

🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made or engraved jewellery
  • Sale/discounted items (unless damaged or wrong item received)
  • Items returned after the return window has lapsed

📦 Return Process

  1. Email us at silverodishi@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  2. Attach a clear image/video of the product and packaging showing the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup or share return instructions.
  4. On receiving and inspecting the item, we will initiate a refund or exchange as requested.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after product inspection.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

🌍 International Orders

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photos.

🛑 Important Notes

  • SilverOdishi reserves the right to deny any return/exchange if the item shows signs of wear or damage post-delivery.
  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused during return transit if not packed properly.
